The Breathe team are volunteers, all passionate about Breathwork as a fundamental ingredient to living life in fullness, fun and freedom. They believe now is the perfect time for Breathe, a wonderful opportunity to join and move with others on our personal and collective healing journeys, at this exciting time we share together with Mother Earth.

Kerry, Karolina and James, having had similar visions to have an annual Breathwork event in the UK, were connected together by mutual friends. Then joined by Kath, Breathe has been taking shape, having a life force of its own. The Breathe team is honoured to be able to birth this exciting project, collaborating and connecting with others along the way. It has been a joy to be met with such enthusiastic responses from people so far and their willingness to be part of Breathe.

We would like to say a special thank you to Kara Szczesna for producing the flyer and Carl Cozier for his work in producing the logo.

Whilst this year will be a smaller gathering, the collective and longer term vision for Breathe is to host a Breathwork festival, open and accessible to bigger numbers, from all walks of life. It will have a programme that helps to bring Breathwork to adults and also to young people and children, be they new to it or have experience of it.  The wish is for all to continue to deepen and expand our conscious connection to the breath and life, and our enjoyment of it.

We are really looking forward to seeing you there!

Kerry is the wizard of the festival, condensing a week’s work into one hour. She is a manifestation master and brings her deep experience in time travel and space creation to the magical mix.

Kath is the hard working, light bringing, beauty creating spirit. She loves a good spreadsheet and has dreams of the Breathe children’s area blossoming.

James holds the space for it all to happen, from a place of true authenticity and loving presence.

Karolina is our wise, generous, free flowing soul and hippy at heart. Her bright and endless energy connects and brings new ideas and people together.
