Breathing: The secret science to your happiness
Breathing is the only system in the body that is both automatic and also under our control. That is not an accident of nature - it is by design. Understanding and using the breath purposefully is a major skill if you want to shift your state of being to become a healthy, happy, high-performing individual. In this session we are going to learn the science of how correct breathing improves both your physical, mental and emotional health and your power to handle everyday stresses as well as explore what science exists on the functions of integrative breathwork.
